LMT Investment Company Inc. is a family owned and operated real estate brokerage firm that has been in business since 1987. We specialize in marketing long-term NNN leased investment properties and working with our clients and other brokers to find appropriate properties for 1031 tax deferred exhanges. We also market select multi-tenant retail centers.

As a company based in Northern California, we are intimately familiar with the local market, however our expertise is not limited to our local region. In addition to local markets, we have completed transactions throughout the United States and internationally.

LMT also is involved in real estate investment partnerships, joint ventures, and new development opportunities.

LMT has been developing sources of single tenant properties for over twenty years. At any one time, our database includes listings for more than 250 properties. We are continually updating our database to reflect those properties currently on the market.

John "Gary" Schonher - President

While still in Business School, Gary started his career in the infancy of financial planning. This led to creating real estate investment partnerships for the clients of the firm. He then started his own pioneering real estate syndication firm in the mid 1960's. In addition to real estate, Gary started a chain of steak house restaurants in the early 1970's. In the mid 1980's, he formed LMT.

Gary is involved in corporate management, partnership properties, and sales of single tenant properties as a licensed Broker.

Thomas Schonher

In 1987, Tom began full time work as a real estate analyst and broker concentrating on single tenant NNN leased properties. Since that time, Tom has brokered or advised transactions totaling over $1 Billion.

Tom has been in the forefront of single tenant NNN leased landscape, long before most brokers now involved in this field. Tom's consistent knowledge of the product and markets have proved invaluable on both the domestic and international fronts. Tom's repeated innovative problem solving skills have earned a highly respected position in the real estate profession.

Tom is a licensed California real estate broker and continues the analysis of investment opportunities and the disposition of real estate assets.
